Our rehabilitation and therapy services are here to help you regain your independence so you can lead a more fulfilling life.  It is our goal to help you or your child achieve your highest level of physical, emotional, social and cognitive ability.  We offer a full range of therapy services to meet your needs and our team is here to support and help you meet your goals. 

Our outpatient therapy department is spacious and fully equipped to meet all of your rehabilitation needs.  Rehabilitation services are provided by licensed therapists and assistants who design a personal plan of treatment to meet each patient’s individual needs. Our team consists of highly skilled professionals in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and audiology who are dedicated to helping patients reach and maintain independence and function at their highest capacity. In addition, our staff has a variety of certifications, including in lymphedema, manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, wound care and pediatric neurodevelopmental therapy, which ensures that all of our patients are receiving the  finest quality rehabilitation services. 

Physical Therapy

​If your physician has ordered physical therapy treatment, our physical therapists can help you improve strength and flexibility that may have been lost due to a wide range of functional impairments, including but not limited to:​

  • Trauma/injury
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Balance disorders

  • Orthopedic disorders

Speech Therapy

​If you or your child have difficulty with communication, thinking, memory, or voice problems, our speech/language pathologists are here to help.  We work to improve:

  • Oral motor skills
  • Swallowing disorders
  • Articulation problems
  • Language deficits

Occupational Therapy

​Through occupational therapy, we will help you re-learn daily living skills like bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and homemaking.  You will also learn to process information and improve judgment and memory.  We specialize in:

  • Hand injuries
  • Lymphedema
  • Home and job environment modifications
  • Stroke and other neurological disorders
  • Upper extremity problems
  • Adaptive equipment training
  • Work hardening
  • Functional capacity evaluations

Pelvic Floor Health and Rehabilitation

​If you suffer from a pelvic floor disorder, you are not alone.  Approximately one in every five Americans suffer from pelvic floor dysfunctions, most of which go undiagnosed and untreated.  But there is help.  And, there are many conditions that benefit from this type of physical therapy including:

  • Urge/stress/mixed urinary incontinence
  • Painful bladder syndrome
  • Prolapse, post prolapse repair
  • Fecal incontinence
  • Constipation
  • Pelvic pain
  • Sciatica, hip or tailbone pain
  • Pudendal neuralgia
  • Painful intercourse
  • Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)
  • Prenatal and postpartum care
  • Post abdominal surgery
  • Post-operative, post-radiation or post chemotherapy care for incontinence
