Local elementary, middle and high school students received free school physicals from Florida Hospital Zephyrhills. The back-to-school event at Zephyrhills High School included a complete physical exam, hearing and vision checks, temperature checks, blood pressure/pulse, and height and weight.
Students who participated were from Chester W. Taylor Elementary, West Zephyrhills Elementary School, Woodland Elementary School, Raymond B. Stewart Middle School and Zephyrhills High School.
Medical providers who donated their time were Stacy N. Taylor-Hunt, DO and Jamie Herr, PA of Zephyrhills Family Medicine, Radu Mercea, MD and Roland McKendree, ARNP of Community Care Family Practice, West Florida Health, The American Institute of Balance in Largo, Wal-Mart Vision Center in Zephyrhills and students from Everest University’s nursing program in Brandon.
