How Our Program Works

A comprehensive review of each patient’s medical, dietary, psychological, and lifestyle history along with their health needs and goals are assessed. Our team of specially trained nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists and dieticians collaborate with our patients’ and their physicians to develop a successful individual rehabilitation plan. Typically, our rehabilitation programs last six to 12 weeks, with patients attending sessions that meet for one to two hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
