Founded by 11 community members more than 60 years ago, Winter Park Memorial Hospital has an enduring legacy. Through a commitment to medical innovation and compassionate care, these pioneers provided their hometown with healthy traditions for generations to come.
Winter Park Memorial Hospital has evolved from the vision of a few local leaders into a 320-bed acute-care facility that is a model of community health and wellness. The hospital has continuously strived over the years to meet the needs of our growing community. These additions and improvements include:
- An upscale obstetrics and Level II neonatal intensive care unit at the Dr. P. Phillips Baby Place
- Cancer care at the world-renowned Florida Hospital Cancer Institute, Winter Park
- State-of-the-art surgical, recovery and rehabilitation services at the Florida Hospital Orthopedic Institute
We’re proud to serve Winter Park then, now and in the future. Together, with the spirit of our past, we’ll make Winter Park one of the healthiest communities in America.
