Youth Programs

Youth programs are open to members and non-members.

Youth Fitness Program (7-12 years)

Keep your kids motivated and excited about physical activity. Our certified personal trainers mix age-appropriate exercises and fun drills to help your kids build strength and increase endurance to improve overall fitness and athleticism. It’s a great beginning to a lifelong fitness journey. Workouts include a series of physical activities: strength training, TRX training, ladder drills, box jumps, hurdle hops and resistance bands.

  • WHEN: Mondays/Thursdays | 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
  • COST: $20 per session or $150 for 10 sessions

Group Swim Lessons (ages 4 and up)

Group swim lessons for youth (ages 4 and up) are held three times per week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, for four weeks (a total of 12 lessons). Choose Beginner/Fundamental or Intermediate skill levels. Lessons take place in our indoor 25-meter lap pool. HWC membership not required, open to the public. To register, or for more information, please call (813) 929-5252.
