Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel and the Health and Wellness Center offer more than 85 group fitness classes a week plus special classes, health education lectures and community wellness programs.

WeCycle – Fifty-minute cross training workout focusing on endurance, strength, intervals and recovery to increase all levels of fitness.
Note: Due to limited space, please pick up a cycle pass at the front desk for all cycling classes. Passes will be available up to 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
Cardio, Strength and Power Classes
CXWORX - This class really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisiting in injury prevention. It'll help you run faster, play harder and stand stronger!
Boot Camp – Ultimate Circuit training workout utilizing cardio drills, strength training and more.
LesMills Body Step – Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, you get a huge motivation from sing-a-long music. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
LesMills Body Pump – The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.
LesMills Body Combat – Combines the moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, Tai-Chi and kickboxing. It is a fierce energetic experience taught in a safe and simple manner.
LesMills Body Attack - A sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements and strength and stabilization exercises.
Zumba – A fusion of Latin, international and popular music themes featuring dance aerobic fitness interval training.
Zumba Gold – This class takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Deep Water - A deep water non-impact workout, which provides excellent cardio and core conditioning while suspended with a flotation belt. Buoyancy resistance equipment is used to increase exercise intensity.
Aqua Zumba – The Aqua Zumba class offers a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio conditioning, body toning and exhilarating beyond belief.
Aqua Arthritis – The Aqua Arthritis class is designated to be a fun, safe way for people with arthritis to exercise and stay fit.
Splash Fitness – A cardio workout in the lap pool using buoyancy equipment. Tone your upper and lower body as well as improve your core muscle to stabilize your body in water.
Flexibility/Body Strength Classes
Barre - Barre classes include components of pilates, yoga, and ballet.
Mat Pilates – A mat class using progressive movements to improve core strength and stability for all fitness levels.
Beginner Yoga - Those new to Yoga will learn the basics of Yoga and work on strength and mobility.
Yoga – Synchronizes breath with movement, builds strength, flexibility and concentration. This class helps to refine your poses while it trains the mind to remain alert, focused and composed.
LesMills Body Flow – The Yoga, Tai-Chi, Pilates workout that build flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
Hot Yoga – A series of yogic sequences and postures performed in a warm and humid location. The exercises vary from standing practices to mat stretching.
Fit 4 Life – Designed for beginners and seniors. Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and skills for daily living.
