Aquabata A series of four-minute exercise sequences broken into eight 30-second training intervals (:20 work/:10 rest).
Deep Water Non-impact workout that provides excellent cardio and core conditioning while suspended with a flotation belt. Buoyancy resistance equipment is used to increase exercise intensity.
Splash Fitness Cardio workout in the lap pool using buoyancy equipment. Tones the upper and lower body while improving core muscles and stabilizers.
