Injury Prevention for Athletes: Reduce Your Risk of Injury

Athletic injuries are on the rise.  Acute and overuse injuries often result from movement dysfunctions that are caused by poor core stability and muscular imbalances.  Athletes of all ages can benefit from identifying high-risk movement patterns that lead to injury and implementing corrective exercise strategies to reduce their risk of injury.
