Vaginal Cysts

Symptoms and Signs of Vaginal Cysts

In many cases, women experience no symptoms of vaginal cysts. They may feel a soft lump in the vaginal wall or near the opening of the vagina. Some women may have trouble inserting a tampon. If the cyst grows large enough it may cause discomfort while walking. Cysts affecting the Bartholin glands may reduce lubrication and make sex uncomfortable.
