Though many specific kinds of cancer affect the uterus, the symptoms and signs of uterine cancer may be the same. These are some of the symptoms some patients experience, though each case is different:
- Unusual vaginal bleeding, spotting or discharge
- Pain or difficulty urinating
- Frequent urination
- Sexual intercourse that is painful
- Pelvic area pain
These symptoms of uterine cancer are similar to the symptoms of many other conditions. Since uterine cancer usually develops around menopause, symptoms can easily be mistaken for menopause symptoms. It’s important to speak to a doctor if you notice any of these symptoms for diagnosis.
