Florida Hospital is recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of America's Best Hospitals in Gastroenterology. This commitment to excellence extends to our world-class Colorectal and Gastrointestinal Cancer Program as well. In partnership with the Florida Hospital Digestive Health Center, the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute strives to provide comprehensive care for patients with GI cancer, beginning with our convenient access to colonoscopy— the first step in preventing colorectal cancer.
Because the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute treats more cancer patients than any other facility in the United States, you can rest assured that we have the experience and expertise to diagnose and treat your condition quickly and efficiently. Our comprehensive team includes gastroenterologists, surgical oncologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, therapeutic endoscopists, radiologists and a dedicated gastrointestinal cancer care coordinator.
Using the latest in medical technology, we treat cancers and disorders including: Barrett’s esophagus, diverticulosis and diverticulitis, benign colon disease, colorectal cancer, esophageal disorders and cancers, pancreatic disorders and cancers, liver disorders and cancers, abdominal disorders and cancers, and anorectal disorders, including fecal and urinary incontinence and pelvic floor disorders.
