PALM COAST, Fla., November 26, 2018 — Florida Hospital Flagler has named board certified radiation oncologist Dr. Luis Carrascosa as physician of the quarter.
Carrascosa specializes in providing advanced radiation therapy to treat cancer.
“Dr. Carrascosa is loved and respected for excellent communication skills and great personality,” a colleague wrote in a nomination. “Patients often say that Dr. Carrascosa has the most caring and compassionate heart. He goes above and upon call of duties and he is always taking the time to answer patient’s questions and helping them understand process.”
“He has a heart of gold and is always willing to assist our community and fellow friends any way possible,” a second colleague wrote in a nomination. “His staff says it’s a joy and honor to work with Dr. Carrascosa.”
