Nine East Pasco individuals have recently been selected to serve two, two-year terms as members of the Florida Hospital Zephyrhills (FHZ) Foundation Board. They join 11 other Board volunteers who are currently serving.
New members are Kristen Cabot Brady, Centennial Middle School; Kathy Britton, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services; Randy Bush, L.F.D., Hodges Family Funeral Home; Paul Correia, Sun State Aluminum; Inc.; Rashmi Ferris, Florida Hospital Physician Group; Sarah Asaftei McDugal, Zephyrhills Health & Rehab; Edwin J. Rogers, P.E., Heidt Design; Jason Sasser, JSC Real Estate Group; and Chief Ray Velboom, Dade City Police Department.
“We are proud to add these exceptional leaders to our Board of Trustees,” said Carolyn Sentelik, Executive Director for the FHZ Foundation. “Each new member brings a wealth of business experience and valuable connections.”
Upcoming fundraisers include the annual Florida Hospital West Florida Region Starlight Gala on Sunday evening, October 16, at the Marriott Waterside Tampa. Tables and sponsorships are still available as is the opportunity to donate auction items. Additionally, the first Florida Hospital West Florida Regional Golf Classic will take place on Monday, October 24, at Saddlebrook Golf Club in Wesley Chapel. There are still openings for foursomes and sponsorships.
“All proceeds from these events will support each hospital within the Florida Hospital West Florida Region including Florida Hospital Zephyrhills,” Sentelik added. The Foundation’s mission is to extend the Healing Ministry of Christ by facilitating an opportunity for individuals, corporations and foundations to support FHZ’s programs and services.
