Florida Hospital Flagler Names Physician of the Quarter

PALM COAST, Fla., February 22, 2018 — Florida Hospital Flagler has named emergency medical physician Dr. Kristin McCabe as physician of the quarter. 
“Leading by example, Dr. McCabe guides the entire emergency department to a higher standard of quality and care. She is never too busy to lend her guidance or advice, and always has time to listen,” a colleague said in his nomination. “She is professional, kind and sensitive to patients, their families and her peers. She is 100 percent committed to quality and safety.”
“An active member of our community, Dr. McCabe is easily identifiable as a pillar of our community and an ambassador for our hospital. She walks-the-walk in all aspects and is the epitome of our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ, through her actions, thought, word, and deed,” another wrote in a nomination. “Dr. McCabe just complete an amazing two-year term as chief of staff for Florida Hospital Flagler. She took the medical executive committee to another level, all while recognizing the hard word of our practitioners.”
