PALM COAST, Fla., July 17, 2014 – The Judith C. Macko Cancer Resource Center at Florida Hospital Flagler has relocated from the hospital’s second floor to the hospital’s Cancer Center on the first floor.
On July 15, Florida Hospital Flagler hosted a ribbon cutting at the new location and also celebrated the 95th birthday of Louise Bush, Judith's mother.
Florida Hospital Flagler opened the Judith C. Macko Cancer Resource Center in February 2010. Staffed entirely by volunteers who have also battled cancer themselves, the center has served thousands of visitors with free cancer educational materials, wigs, prostheses and more, all free of charge.

The Judith C. Macko Cancer Resource Center at Florida Hospital Flagler has relocated from the hospital’s second floor to the hospital’s Cancer Center on the first floor. On July 15, Florida Hospital Flagler staff, volunteers, and foundation board members celebrated the reopening with a ribbon cutting with Louise Bush (the late Judith C. Macko’s mother), George Macko (the late Judith C. Macko’s widow) and Lynn Rosewater (George’s wife).
