Carol Gaines, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia and her medical degree at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia.
Prior to joining Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center and HealthCare Partners as a family practice physician, Dr. Gaines worked with Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio and, more recently, Winn Army Community Hospital in Fort Stewart, Georgia.
Dr. Gaines is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, The American Board of Osteopathic Family Practice, The American Academy of Osteopathy, The Society of Hospital Medicine and is a new member of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
As a HealthCare Partners family practice physician, Dr. Gaines sees patients of all ages with convenient, extended office hours from Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center at the Pavilion at Port Orange.
