Symptoms and Signs of Leptomeningeal Tumor

Symptoms of a leptomeningeal tumor can vary and sometimes are subtle. However, most of the time there are multiple neurological symptoms, including cranial neuropathies, radiculopathies and cerebral symptoms, such as confusion and headache. Depending on where the cancer settles, other symptoms may include back pain, leg weakness, sphincter-related problems and hydrocephalus.
