Qualified Trainers and Staff
Our health and fitness instructors hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in health or exercise physiology along with certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine. Exercise Techs and Group Fitness Instructors are required to pass a national certification exam in personal training or group exercise. The entire staff is trained in basic life support and emergency preparedness. Personal training and group exercise classes are led by our highly capable trainers.
Classes and Clinics
Exercise Instruction Clinics
Each new member will be scheduled for two optional instructional clinics. These thirty to forty-five minute sessions give each new member an opportunity to be guided through his or her workout by a certified fitness instructor. Fitness instructors teach each new member how to monitor exercise intensity, use the equipment safely and effectively and how to record each workout on an exercise log. After the instructional clinics, the fitness team is always available to assist members with technique and program adjustments.

Our Group Fitness Schedule has it all, and for every level—whether you want step aerobics, stretch, high intensity, low impact, functional training, or dance we’ve got the moves that will energize and tone you. Proper Instruction of Knowing the correct technique of any workout prevents injuries and will maximize your results. Instead of being intimidated to use particular equipment, a group class will teach you the proper way to use the equipment.
Going to a class with a friend or exercising beside a stranger is a great way to boost your ego. Being able to keep up with the class is great motivation for pushing personal boundaries and achieving goals, especially when the instructor is saying “just 5 more!” You are able to push yourself a little more to finish out the set with the rest of the class!
Indoor cycling is a challenging, high-energy, no-impact cardio workout using stationary bicycles. Our program focuses on getting your heart and legs pumping, while our enthusiastic instructors encourage you during every rotation. The best part is that you control everything - from your speed and resistance to your intensity level, so your workout can be as easy or as challenging as you want it to be.
