Florida Hospital’s parent education classes are designed to give you and your family the skills and knowledge you need to embark on this new phase of your life with confidence. Our team helps expectant parents understand some of the more important techniques and tips for successful parenting. Classes address topics such as breastfeeding, safe-sitters, bringing baby home, ways to sooth your baby, and infant/pediatric CPR.

Boot Camp For New Dads
Dads will learn the proper techniques for holding, changing and calming their baby and also receive pointers on how to care for expectant moms before, during and after the delivery. LEARN MORE.

Bringing Baby Home
Bringing Baby Home is a workshop for expectant couples, and parents of infants and toddlers, that allows couples to equip themselves with the knowledge and skills needed to cope constructively with the changes brought about by the birth of a child while getting to know one another in their new role as parents. Comfort Measures for Labor and Birth
A certified childbirth educator will teach you and your support person comfort measures and relaxation techniques to help you during your labor and birth. LEARN MORE.
