There are many opportunities within Florida Hospital Flagler Foundation and Florida Hospital HospiceCare Foundation for you to memorialize yourself or a loved one by creating a Bequest or some other type of Deferred Gift. Give to Diabetes Care and Prevention
Through the Florida Hospital Flagler Foundation Diabetes fund we are raising awareness by supporting public diabetes education and other resources in our community.
HospiceCare Donation Form
Our HospiceCare brand has been growing steadily in the communities we serve, and has a reputation for providing compassionate end-of-life care, not only at home but through several inpatient units. Serving Flagler County is the Stuart F Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast, and in Volusia County, the HospiceCare in-patient unit at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Daytona Beach as well as Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City and Florida Hospital Deland.
Pet Peace of Mind
The Pet Peace of Mind initiative provides volunteer pet care services for patients who are unable to care for their pets while receiving hospice care. Services include assistance with pet food, financial assistance with routine veterinary care, transporting the pet to veterinary or grooming appointments, emergency pet boarding, walking, and more.
