Join Chris Roche, OTR/L, CHT on Thursday, July 31st, from 6 - 7 PM for an informative session to learn about the basic anatomy, function, and therapy interventions for the upper extremities.
A healthy upper extremity, comprised of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, allows us to perform everyday activities without even thinking about it. Understanding its important role, as well as common injuries and preventative measures, is key to maintaining functional independence.
