Yet not many adults are familiar with how to prepare tasty bean dishes or how to successfully incorporate them into family meals. Invite a local chef in to present a cooking demonstration and tasting session featuring a variety of tasty, simple bean recipes. Think homemade hummus, black bean dip with veggies, vegetarian chili, or a red beans and rice dish.
