Every day Florida Hospital DeLand’s nurses and clinical staff provide patients with critical information about ways to enrich their lives. Ways to live longer, fight illness, prevent disease and increase their awareness of our state-of-the-art technology and treatments. Our patient education programs, screenings, events and seminars help us share our expertise with patients, guests and other members of the medical community.

Things to Know When You Get to the Hospital

Below, we offer some important information you’ll need when coming to our hospital. However, if you still have questions, please don’t hesitate contact us  directly. We’d be happy to discuss your concerns and will endeavor in all we do to make your Florida Hospital experience as comfortable as possible.

As our guest, we invite you to take advantage of our many Web services, such as e-cards for patients and online prayer requests. For our patients, we offer two unique sites to help you securely manage your patient health information, personal health records, pay bills and much more.

Patient Portal

In order to provide you with exceptional service and convenience, our Patient Portal  offers online scheduling and pre-registration for tests, management of personal health records and the ability to pay your hospital bill online from any personal computer in a safe and secure manner.

Below are examples of what our Patient Portal will enable you to do:

  • Pay My Bill: Instant account access, where you can pay your account balances or view billing information for services.
  • Request an Appointment: Need to schedule an appointment for one of our common procedures? Let us know when you’re available and we’ll get you right in.
  • Personal Health Records: Are you managing your family’s medical information? Our online tool gives you a simple, safe and smart way to organize all the details.
  • Pre-register for an Appointment: Save time by submitting your registration information in advance of your scheduled appointment.
