Stages of Crohn's Disease

Crohn’s disease is classified as either mild or severe. In cases of mild Crohn’s disease, patients feel normal and experience few if any symptoms. Severe Crohn’s disease results in frequent bowel movements, severe abdominal pain, low red blood cell count and other complications such as weight loss, abscesses, fever and joint pain.
