Research and innovation is a key part of everything we do at Celebration Health. But we don’t do it alone. Medical breakthroughs come through the shared efforts of health care and medical industry leaders from around the world. Each new discovery becomes another building block that leads us to the next leap forward in care.
Florida Hospital Nicholson Center
Our drive toward research and innovation led to the founding of the Nicholson Center, a 54,000-square-foot advanced research and training center. It is a model for open collaboration to enhance medical technology, practices and standards across the entire spectrum of leading-edge health care. To date, it has trained more than 60,000 clinical and surgical specialists from around the world in minimally invasive laparoscopic, robotic, telemedicine and medical simulation technologies and procedures—many pioneered in the center itself. Students, educators, industry, researchers, clinical organizations and even the US military come together here to learn, develop and create the breakthroughs that help power tomorrow’s healthcare. Center for Innovative Patient Care
The Institute for Interactive Patient Care (IIPC) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization that supports re-engaging patients and families with health care they receive. Modern medicine can be complicated and confusing. However, by supporting quality research and creating a forum for health care leaders worldwide to share their best patient practices, IIPC helps medical centers work toward this important goal.
Read our Strategic Communications Group's new eBook, "Transformative Health Trailblazers," which contains insights from fellow health care professionals tackling the ever-changing medical arena.
