Recipe: Blueberry-Banana Smoothie

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, cut into chunks, frozen
1⁄2 cup ice cubes
1 cup chilled plain almond milk




Prep time: 5 minutes

In a blender combine blueberries, banana, ice and almond milk. Blend until smooth. If desired, add more almond milk for a thinner smoothie. Serve cold.
