Symptoms and Signs of Adenocarcinoma

Patients may experience different symptoms of adenocarcinoma depending on the location of the cancerous tumor and if it has metastasized (spread to other organs).

For instance, patients with adenocarcinoma in the breast (breast cancer) may feel an unfamiliar lump in the breast, while patients with colon cancer may experience a change in the bowel habits or bloody stools. In other cancers, patients may not notice signs of adenocarcinoma in the early stages or at all.

The best ways to detect cancer are to stay vigilant, know the different warning signs of adenocarcinoma, and get regular screening tests as recommended by your doctor.
