Experience a Completely Different Hospital Cafeteria
Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel is proud to offer its patients, guests and staff members a selection of healthy, delicious meal options, including vegetarian choices. Our cafeteria’s menu will showcase New York Times best-selling author Chef Cary Neff’s Flavors 450 menu, which features a rotating selection of more than 60 recipes, each with fewer than 450 calories—and all very reasonably priced. The menu emphasizes whole grains, lean proteins and low-fat dairy products, and all meals meet or exceed American Heart Association guidelines.
But this isn’t your bland, run-of-the-mill hospital fare. Flavors 450 is based on Chef Neff’s premise that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring or tasteless. He focuses on fresh, in-season vegetables, high-quality ingredients and imaginative combinations rather than preservatives, butter, salt or cream. As Oprah Winfrey says, Neff “does amazing things with nutritious food.” We think you’ll agree.
