July 2008

Florida Hospital wants you to be heart healthy. As part of our Health Series, we invite you to have a FREE heart screening and stroke assessment.

FREE HEART SCREENING
Florida Hospital clinicians will perform a painless electrocardiogram (EKG) to determine your overall heart health and identify any underlying heart problems. The American Heart Association recommends that all adults over 40 have a baseline EKG and initial evaluation, even if there is no apparent heart disease or dysfunction.

FREE STROKE ASSESSMENT
Sit down face-to-face with a clinician for an individual stroke risk assessment. We’ll answer your questions and provide education so you can be stroke smart.

Please call 407-303-1700 to RSVP. Space is limited.

Be proactive about your health—get screened today! Call today to schedule your FREE EKG and stroke assessment appointment.
