East Orlando community is growing and the need for health care is greater than
ever before. Florida Hospital East Orlando plans to meet these needs with a major
inpatient and outpatient expansion and renovation project that will begin this
year. The projects
that Florida Hospital East Orlando has slated are: -
A new patient tower that provides capacity for 120 beds

A new main entrance and lobby

Expanded capacity and technology in cardiopulmonary with a new angio/cath lab

Expansion and renovation of imaging including a new state-of- the-art MRI
-
Significant expansion for parking

New facilities for an Outpatient Women's Health Program focusing on comprehensive
physician care.
Fernando
Braff will be serving as the director of the expansion project
for Florida Hospital East Orlando. Braff will support administration
and coordinate the construction of the new tower. He has been
with Florida Hospital for six years
