Dr. Dmitriy Nikitin, a beloved member of the Florida Hospital Transplant team, died tragically on May 26^th 2011. He was an expert surgeon who joined our Transplant team in 2008. He specialized in liver, kidney, pancreas, and intestinal transplantation and performed various hepatobiliary and minimally invasive abdominal surgeries. The entire Transplant Center is deeply saddened by this sudden loss of an incredible member of our team.
