Florida Hospital's Guest Services program provides many helpful services to patients, families and guests visiting Florida Hospital. Our guests are very important to us, and we would like to make your visit to the hospital as convenient as possible.

The purpose of the Ronald McDonald House® of Orlando is to provide a "home away from home" for families with seriously ill, critically injured or chronically ill children who are being treated at Florida Hospital, as well as other hospitals in the area. Guest registration is based on availability. Reservations are not accepted. A suggested donation of $15/night is asked of each family although no one is turned away if they are unable to pay.

All families wanting to stay at the Ronald McDonald House must be referred to the Ronald McDonald House® via a fax from the treating hospital social worker, nurse, physician, staff or guest services.

• Meals provided most nights
• Playroom for children

A visitor shuttle is available to transport guests to and from the hospital.
